Quite often I get questions in the comments here and on mail regarding calories. I do not in any way count the calories to let them limit mi in what I am eating. The tool I am using is giving me the numbers and since I like numbers and stats I keep them. It is also interesting to see the variation in calories even thou I do eat until I am “un-hungry”. It can be from 8-900 to 2500 calories a day in variation. I think the numbers themselves are interesting but I do not ever let the calories limit me in what I eat. I NEVER plan my meals with the calories in mind.
Speaking of calories, today (yesterday really since this post is a bit ate due to a really long working day that made me go straight to bed) the intakes was:
To get there I had a lunch during a training session out of town. Salmon with gorgonzola, olives, haricot vertes and mushrooms.
And the really late I fried a couple of pork chops and ate them with butter only seasoned with a little extra salt and lots of pepper…
