Nice and creamy mushrooms

Today I was away helping the local gamin store move to another location so when I got home I was pretty hungry. The heaviest thing I carried was a bag of plaster I got for free. I am casting quite a lot of things for my gaming so the free plaster is appreciated. The bag was 40kg of plaster and it was really heavy to get into the car and the up to my apartment. The funny thing is that it was only 40kg and I was struggling with it. Just 3 years ago I had an overweight at more than twice that… It really puts my “loss” in perspective…

For dinner I had some veal and a nice stew of mushrooms, white wine and lots of cream. Just a little salt and pepper and it was done. Really nice.

I find you blog very inspirational, however I have a question, do you count calories and why ? I have been counting calories for years and found the idea NOT counting calories with HFLC very liberating. Is there a reason you count calories?

I count calories since the tool I am using is letting me get them “for free”. I have never let the calories limit me in any way. So even if I do show the calories I do not “really” count them with a purpose… 🙂

“Mushroom” describes a variety of gilled fungi, with or without stems, and the term is used even more generally, to describe both the fleshy fruiting bodies of some Ascomycota and the woody or leathery fruiting bodies of some Basidiomycota, depending upon the context of the word.–,”
