…but not for me.
Today I was on a training and on the tables there was snacks that looked like this.
I only tried one of these. It’s an almond covered in a small amount of dark chocolate.
For lunch we went for a buffet and I had a mix of salmon, roast of beef and cauliflower… And some butter to get the fat up a bit.
For dinner I made a quick stew of chicken, bourbon and cream. Quick, fat and really nice.
