Non stick…?

I got inspired by another Swedish blog to make LCHF waffles out of only eggs and cheese. 100g cheese and one egg. Almost the same I use but I have never tried cooking it in a waffle iron. One reason is that I do not own an waffle iron, until now. I bought one yesterday.

After putting the eggs and cheese in the iron some made it out on the sides…

It was supposed to be non-stig. I don’t really thing it is…

I might have used a little to little fat on the top part. Even if it looks pretty bad it was quite easy to get it clean. The taste was really good. Especially the crunchy bits stuck on the top part…

For dinner I fried a filet of salmon and made a variation of a shrimp guacamole. 100g of shrimps, 50g of butter, 100g of avocado, 20g of leek and 50g of roe. Some salt and peppery and lemon juice… really nice!
