Today I was at a meeting in Stockholm and we went for lunch so I “had to” eat some salmon. Really nice. The risotto below was left on the plate since I forgot to ask them not to serve it.
For dinner in the evening I used another “bag” of pulled pork and mixed it with butter and some leek.
It is around 150g of pork and 75g of butter to just a little leek (maybe 25-30g).
