The last week I have gained 2,1 kg. Don’t really know why. I have continued to drink quite a lot of water and that might be one reason. Average carbs are also a bit higher at 7g per day when I normally is below 4.
The wok ahead of me I will try to go really low on carbs. I will try to be as close to 0 as possible. No lunches at work planned so I might be able to be in control…
Today I hade some “left-overs” for starter. A “Skagen Wrap”.
For main I hade pork loins with spinach and butter. And for dessert the rest of the blue cheese from yesterday.
