Healthy food?

All people at work know about my LCHF way of eating and I now and then I get questions like: “Is this good to eat” or “can you eat this?”. Today one of my colleagues asked about a yogurt she had for the afternoon coffee. We looked at it and I told her it was pretty full of sugar. over 13g of sugar per 100g.

We compared it with some chocolate and the portion of yogurt is the same carbs as a full pack of the chocolate…

So people are really getting tricked into sweetened yogurts…

For dinner today I fried chicken that I served with a lot of pre made sauce bearnaise.
