I started the day with a walk of 6km and when I got home I made brunch. Eggs and bacon.
For dinner I fried a burger of pure minced beef and I had it with wok (cabbage, onion and red pepper)

The pepper I got was “organic” and had some other environmental marks on it. I am not sure how environmental positive it is to pack it in plastic… I think it sends the wrong signal even if the plastic is “save” or recyclable…
