New program for the gym

Today I got a new training program for the gym. More balance and core for the firs session and then more arms and upper body for the second. I try to do these sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The running is done of Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. The running has beed a bit slow lately. It is really warm even early in the morning so I have not really gotten to the stage I would like to be. Three weeks left now for my 10K with the goal to run under 70 minutes… That feels a little far away…

For dinner today I had pork and a lot of butter. Some cheese also got eaten during season 3 of “the Walking Dead”…
