Today I tried to run the whole lap on one of my “routes”.
So no walk at all. I managed to get it done so now I know I can run 5km (almost) without walking. Now I will keep doing this and try to get the pace a little better before increasing the distance. My goal now is to be able to run 10km without walking by mid August.
