During my runs I use both my new Garmin watch and my iPhone to track the route. I have not found a way to change the scale of the Y axis so the profile looks really different.
When I run if feels much more like the runkeeper profile than the Garmin one… 🙂
I have increased my running intervals to 12 minutes and I think it is going quite ok.
