I got a bit inspired from the lunch yesterday so I tried to copy it today. I did manage to get chicken and not pork from the freezer so that’s the main ingredient.
- Red Curry paste
- Coconut milk
First I fried the vegetables in one frying pan and the chicken in another one (don’t ask me why I used two…). Then I added the curry and coconut milk to the pan with the chicken. Finaly I added the veitables into the chicken pan and just stired bait. Up un the plate. Really nice. A little to “low fat” but I did not really get any good ideas for fattening the dish up.
During an episode of NCIS I also had a couple of sausages. But thats’ it.
