Yesterday at work a colleague had a chicken curry in her lunch box and that inspired me to do a simple chicken curry at home to. I have used thai curry quite a lot lately but now I used the standrad yellow curry powder. I fried chicken and a lot of onion. Then I seasoned with the curry and added Creme Fraiche an a little chicken stock.
I served as soup with a lump of butter for extra fat.
During the evening I had a lot of cheese so the intake was
