Running again

This morning I went out running again. It has been over a week since I was out on the track. It has been cold and icy so I have stayed inside. This morning it was slightly “warmer” (only -8) and I tried out a new track a lot closer to my apartment. So instead of walking 3KM to the track I now only have to walk 1KM.

The running felt reallo good so on Monday I will increase from two laps I did today to 3 laps.

For dinner today I had a lot of pork and I made a parmesan mayo as side.

    I like that you have added food costs to your posts! People often say that LCHF is too expensive, but I find it costs about the same for me. (I am careful to purchase extra meat when it is on sale and freeze it). Food is so cheap here in the U.S.. I often buy pork shoulder on sale for $1.00USD / lb ($2.20 USD/kg) and ground beef (minced beef) was $2.29 USD/lb ($5.05USD/kg) yesterday. Whole chicken is usually $2.20/kg. Beef steaks are quite high now, so I rarely buy them, but I do if I find a good sale. I eat a lot of cabbage, as it is cheap and delicious. I also enjoy raw turnips, frozen green beans, canned spinach, cucumbers, radishes, broccoli (fresh or frozen) and carrots in smaller quantities.

    You haven’t mentioned what your weight is recently. Are you remaining steady?
