Today my running was the longest yet. I am at 10 minutes run and 1 minute walk. This takes me around the track almost 4 laps. Today I actually continued to fill all 4 laps so the distance got just above 6 KM. This is a record for me when it comes to running. I have walked longer, but without running intervals.
For dinner I made a Bolognese with a parmesan cheese butter.
The intake got quite high…
