I have now increased my running intervalls to 9 minute walk and 1 minute walk. I went from 7 to 9 and I had no problem going the full 9 minutes. Still att a pace at around 8 minutes. Now I will keep at 9 or 10 minutes until I have the pace down to a solid 7:30ish…
Today I got my new iPhone and for some reason I lost the data from the watch. Not much there but a little sad to loose it…
For dinner today I had a couple of sausages and made a 3 egg omelette. To the sausage and omelette I made a lot of garlic mayo.
I also had some cheese so the intake got quite high.
