The dinner I made today was a quite hot taco gratin.
- 400 g minced beef
- 30 g chopped onion
- taco spices and salt
- 1,5 dl cream
- 150 g Cheese
I fried the onion and beef, seasoned with the taco spices and salt. Finally I added the cream and let it all reduce a little before adding 2/3 of the cheese. I put everything in a oven safe container and topped with the rest of the cheese. High temp until the cheese was nice and crispy.
