Today on my run I tried something I have said I will not do… Run longer than planned… I skipped the walk in-between two run intervals so instead of 6+1+6 minutes I run the full 13 minutes. I managed to run the full 13 minutes but during the end I was a bit slow so for the total time I did not “gain” anything. But now I know I actually can run over 10 minutes… I will however go back to shorter runs and on Monday I will go to 7+1 minutes.
When I got home form the run I had a package of cream cheese (125 g) and for dinner in the evening I fried two steaks with butter. Pretty usual Friday dinner for me.
