Today was my second run under a pace at 8 minutes per KM. I am still doing the 6+1*6 and I will probably keep at that level a few more runs. I had no eggs after the run and had nothing to eat until the dinner in the evening. It is a little strange to be able to eat around 5 PM in the evening and then at 5:30 AM go out for a walk of 11KM including a 5KM run and not feel hungry until 5 PM again…
For dinner I made a variation of the dish I had yesterday. minced pork, onions, broccoli and a lot of mayo.
