This morning I woke up after over 10 hours of good sleep (90% according to sleep cycle). I was feeling really well and have no idea what was wrong yesterday morning. I started the day at the gym at work and when I got home I made a really fat dinner:
- 250 g minced pork
- 140 g bacon
- 50 g onion
I fried everything and let it cool down a bit before mixing with 100 g of mayo and 50 g of parmesan cheese. I seasoned only with a little salt and mixed peppers.
As usual it doesn’t look very attractive but it tastes really good.
