When I woke up today I was not really feeling well. I was a bit sick and my stomach was a little upset. So go out running was out of the question. I went back to sleep for another two hours and was a little better when I woke up again. I as well enough for work so nothing more serous… I was just not up to running…
After wrk I came home and felt a lot better so I made dinner. Not really as much food as I normally eat. Chicken, butter and feta cheese.
After dinner I started feeling a little sick again so I think I will go to bed really early today.
