Today I got the results of the blood screening. The values in the table are “Swedish” and I do not really know if the ranges are the same all over the world…
This year I did put some colors in the new column. Green are lower values than last year, reda are increased and yellow is unchanged. Maybe it’s wrong to but an increased HDL in red but the number is higher… 🙂
Still looking pretty good after 6 years with an average energy percentage from fat at 75,1% (total of 2046 observations in the database). Mostly from butter, mayo, meat and other dangerous food…
Today I had my second run of 5+1 minutes to a total of 36 minutes and 4,6 KM. The pace for the total run was slightly below 8 (including the waling minutes) so I am getting a little faster every time. It still feels really “fun” and I will do the 5+1 a couple of more days before moving on to 6+1. When I got home I had 3 eggs to get some energy for a full day at work.
For dinner I had something really “old”… Chicken and butter… With some parmesan in-front of “Dr Who”…
