When I woke up today I was a bit hungry so I had a “leftover” breakfast. I had some mozzarella left from yesterday so i just mixed with mayo and seasoned with olive oil and black pepper. I forgot to take a picture but it looked quite boring…
For dinner I made a simple wok of 70 g cabbage, some onions and minced pork. For fat source I made a nice mayo with garlic and parmesan cheese.
