The last week I have been eating a little “better” tahn the last couple of weeks. I have been trying to keep the carbs and protein down and increase the fat. All this to get the ketones up a bit.

It has been quite successful so I hope I gan get down to my former lower levels soon.

Today I har a small lunch of parma-ham rolls with butter inside. The butter was seasoned with olive oil and some salt.

For dinner I had fried chicken, cabbage and on top of this a pre made sauce béarnaise.

I have been without coffee since tuesday and today was the first day I woke up without a headache. I think I will try to not drink coffee for the whole week to be “clean” to the weekend when I will be testing sugar and ketones after a tripple nespresso or a coce Zero…
