Today my morning 10K was slowest in a long time. 1:44… Not sure why but I did feel a bit slow while walking so it was not a surprise. I’ll have to do better on Wednesday morning.
For dinner I made the minced meat salad I have been doing now and then lately. Just fried (and chilled) minced meat and mayo. Today it was 50% lamb and 50% pork seasoned only with salt and pepper and a little garlic.
