Troubles with trains…

Who sait it was gonna be easy getting to Stockholm…

Today I was going on a meeting in Stockholm and my experience tells me I should book a train earlier than needed… My meeting starts at 9 so if the train leaves at 06.47 it should arrive 8.10 (I think the ticket said…). This is however only true if the train actually leave the station… My station is the second one on the route to Stockholm. When I arrived at the platform the first message on the board was a 20 minute delay…Ok, but I have plenty of time in Stockholm anyway… Then the delay was 30 minutes and then after a while 40 minutes. I went for a little walk and when I got back for the “new” departure time the train was canceled… I went back to the office to book a new ticket on the internet but failed get my cards through the firewalls (or something…). So I went back to the station (good thing the office is next door so it’s only a couple of minutes walk…). I managed to use my “black” bonus card to get first in line at the desk and I got a new ticket for a later train for free… I was only 1 hour late for the meeting…

The lunch at the meeting was a salad and I only ate the good things and all bread and green stuff. I only ate the chicken and parmesan and some caesar dressing…

When I got on the train home I felt like nothing could go wrong. A good meeting and a nice lunch. I should be back at the office for a little work before going to gun practice. The thought jinxed the train ride home and we where 20 minutes late… So a quick stop at the office and then directly to the firing range. I did Ok and the trend is absolutely looking good. Most of the shots hit the black centre of the target (7+)

I shoot 10 shots per target and the first 6 are from last week and the rest from today. Not sure if anyone is the slightest interested in my shooting… but I write about it anyway… 🙂

The dinner was then a bit late and today I had some pulled pork fried together with cabbage. Efetrything topped off with a lot of butter.
