Today my morning walk got over 10 KM and I will tweak it a bit more before I will start working on the time it takes. I hope to bea able to get down to 1:30 for the 10 KM just by walking a bit faster. Not sure if it is possible.
For dinner I experimented a bit with some spinach. I tried to make a stew of 140 g spinach, 150 g of Gorgonzola cheese and 1 dl cream. I did not really get it as thick as I wanted but the taste was really nice.
