Guacaslaw

Tomorrow the walking competition starts at work so today I went out on a trial walk to see how many steps I can get. It’s a nice walk and really close to 5km. I will try to take this route instead of my 500m walk from home to the office…

I started the day as usual with a cup of LCHF-coffee. Then I went for the walk and a couple of hours in the office.

When I got home I made a new kind of coleslaw. I added one mushed avocado into the slaw. The slaw changed quite a bit. A lot “fresher”. I might try experimenting a little more later in the week. I think it need some lemon or lime. To the slaw I have burgers with butter…

This week the weight has gone up but declined a little towards the weekend.

Ketons and other “KPIs” was all over the place…

In the comming week I will be away four days so It might be hard to get the food under control. Its only one overnight stay so the dinners I will be able to control…
