Lots of new hits…

Thanks Andreas for the link here! I see a lot of new traffic and I hope I can keep some of you “newcomers” for a while… This blog is not science at all even thou there are a lot of numbers and charts…

The blog is really about showing what I eat every day and how the impact on my body is. Both on a “ketone in the blood” level and just how I feel…

Speaking of food…

Today I started with the LCHF-Coffee (25g of butter, 25g of coconut oil and 1dl of strong coffee mixed together.

For dinner I had my standard coleslaw but with a small change. Instead of the Smetana I used only mayo. This gets the fat level up a little more and the taste war quite ok. To the coleslaw I had some chicken bourbon and butter.

Speaking of hits… 🙂

I am thinking of starting gun practice and since I am having trouble getting the scores up to a level that allows me to own my own gun I have to pracitice some more. During winter time the hours at the gun range is limited so I am thinking about buying this air gun and use it during the winter. I got to try it before I decide if I want to buy it.

I was really surprised when I started shooting with the gun. These are my first 20 shots fired with a air gun of this quality ever and the first shots fired at all since early June this summer. Pretty OK for a beginner.

I like the idea of the LCHF coffee … i don’t have breakfast as well … only a glass of milk (it’s high in milk suger though) … i guess your coffee seems like a better substitute … will sure try it … good luck

    Hi Tommy,

    Thanks for your efforts.

You seem to (usually) only eat once a day, excluding your LCHF coffee. Don’t you get hungry? It’s difficult for me to not eat at least twice.

Also, do you generally eat the same amount of protein (300 grams) every night? 300 grams is not a lot…..

    Thanks and warm regards!

Yes, normally I only eat once a day. Sometimes I get lured into lunch at work even if I do not “need” it. When that happens I eat less in the evening…

You have to remember that 300g of protein is not the same at 300g of beef.

300g of beef is around 90g of protein…

Thanks for your response. Yeah, I was just trying to get an idea of how much meat (pork, beef, etc…) you actually cook. Would I be right in saying that you cook about 300 grams for your dinner meal? When I go to the butcher shop, I buy a few kilos and ask him to separate it in batches of 300 grams each.

You are a huge inspiration to me btw.

Yupp, I have around 300g of meat. When I get home from the store I pack the “big-paks” in smaller bags of around 250 to 300g.

I even do this with the cabbage. I “slice” half a head and pack it in bags of 150g. Feels like a “dealer” cutting “other things”… Bags of white stuff in them… 🙂
