A couple of months ago I had cheek from beef to eat and yesterday I found pork cheek from the same brand.
The cheek is really tender and I just fried some muchrooms and onions. Sliced the cheek and let it simmer a while. To get the fight up a bit I made a simple butter with only some extra salt and black pepper.
The intages was after some parmesan cheese
Todays walkabout was over 5KM. I might take a break from walking tomorrow. I have slept quite bad for a couple of days so I need some rest.
When I went out for a drive to the store I saw my dream car in front of me at the lights… I really love that car…
