After work

Today I met up with a couple of old colleagues for after work. I had a nice dish with lamb chops, garlic butter and salad.

Not much energy but when I got home I really flet quite ok so I will not eat more today. I am guessing I will be a bit hungry tomorrow…

I tried my new shoes today so I only walked slightly longer than 4KM. It felt really good but also a bit weird. I almost instantly realized I am using muscles in the foot I do not use much in ordinary shoes… A god sign…

    I read from some research lately that made me think of you… it says that for some people who are more sensitive, that anything more than 30g of protien in one meal could cause it to turn to sugar. I know for me i am pretty sensitive to amount of meat in one meal. i will be testing with a glucose meter and see what amount i can have without it rising my sugar levels….

      Yes, protein can be a “problem” if you eat to much. I tend to get pretty high on proteins and I try too keep them down a bit. Today I really failed…

    yeah… i am horrible. i love to eat a big protein! haha 😀 but 100g protein per day wasnt working for me if it was all in one meal. i think the body can only use 30g of protein at one time, since it cant be stored as protein but only converted to sugar beyond 30g. so hopefully it helps me alot also. Jimmy Moore was talking about the same problem with too much protein and made me think of you and me. keep up the great work on the walks! i read the movement is great for detoxing the lymphatic system.
