It was a long time since I had spinach so when I walked home from work I stopped and got me a small package (70 g). I fried the spinach in butter and added 50 g of grated cheese. I seasoned with only a little salt, pepper and aa hint of garlic. To the spinach I fried some pork and made goat cheese butter.
In front of a really good documentary about The Eagles I also ate some parmesan cheese.
