Lamb and goat cheese

Today I was away gaming in the store and when I got home I made the goat cheese butter but instead of the pork chops I fried 400 g of nice filet of lamb. And the broccoli off course…

Tomorrow I am going to Stockholm for a LCHF get-together. It is some of the people hanging around at DietDoc’s Swedish forum who have put this together. It will be lots of fun and hopefully lots of nice food at Clarion Hotel Stockholm…

    So do you eat the butter and goat’s cheese raw or do you have it with the lamb and broccoli.
