Time flies

Next week it is deadline for my recipes to the LCHF magazine I am writing for. I have no idea what to do… It should be something for the fall like a nice stew…

Today I made a new salad. This time with minced lamb.

  • 250 g minced lamp
  • 40 g chopped onion
  • 1/2 diced green paprika
  • 100 g mayo

I fried the lamb and onion and let it cool a bit. The I did as I use to… Just mix it together with the mayo. I seasoned with a hint of garlic, salt, pepper and a little curry.
