Ok, fifth day on the same diet. The ketone are getting a little higher.
The food was the same as on monday. Two burgers, coleslaw and butter.
I saw on the previous posts that I got the nutritions slightly wrong. This is the correct one for the all days since monday.
For some reason i was a little more hungry tonight when I got home from work. I did not do anything special at work and went straight home (10 min walk). The ketone level was at over 3 this morning so maybe this level is burning more energy so I actually have to eat a little more. After dinner I was “un-hungry” and I still am so I will keep on the strict plan for saturday and sunday too. On monday I will experiment with increasing the protein level slightly but try to keep the fat and carbs at the same level.
