On the start of day two my ketons was at 1,9. Yesterday the value was 1,8.
To have some variation in the food I am gonna eat all week I decided to make four burgers instead of two… 🙂
I sometimes get comments about the booring food I have to eat and I have to show what other people have in their lunch boxes to work… (some salad was added to the plate). How fun is this?
