Thank you for all of the effort you put into your blog.

I am intrigued by LCHF but am “on the fence” (hesitating) for various reasons. For the last two days however, I tried it and ate nothing but eggs, some meat, a lot of provologne cheese, and some avocado. This morning, I woke up with ~nightmarish~ constipation. I thought I might have to go to the ER but it eventually resolved itself. Have you experienced/Do you experience this kind of thing usually? And if so how do you deal with it? Thanks and warm regards.

From time to time in the beginning I did have som “problems” but not to the extent that I felt it was a problem. If eating a lot of eggs it could be good to also increase the fat and drink a lot of water to get a better “flow” through the system.

Coconut oil can also get the system a bit “upset” and can maybe be a good thing to try… 🙂

a captcha plugin for my comment form? I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having problems finding one?
    Thanks a lot!

Appreciating the dedication you put into your site and detailed
information you offer. It’s great to come across a blog
every once in a while that isn’t the same out of date rehashed material.

Excellent read! I’ve bookmarked your site and I’m adding your RSS feeds to my Google account.
