I am struggling to keep of the cheese and today I managed to eat only a little while using the rest for making a real nice butter.
- 100g butter
- 100g feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Black pepper
To the butter I just fried three pork chops. No veggies today so the picture looks a bit dull…
The intakes was
I got a present with the mail. A great book with nice paleo recipes. Most of them little high carbs when trying to be really strict but the recipes are so basic so it is easy to just adapt them to my way of eating. Really nice pictures!
