I spent the entire day in Stockholm. My train left at 5:27 AM and I was not back in the home office until around 5PM. I had to work another hour to catch up the “lost” day.
A lot of really interesting thing are happening at work. To major groups wants to buy the company I work for. So I might have to exchange my French flag for an American (GE) or German (Siemens)…
Today I made yet another nice cole slaw variation:
- 125g mayo
- 140g bacon
- 50g cabagge
- 1teaspoon tomato puré
- cayenne pepper
- olive oil
- black pepper
I fried the bacon and mixed everything together to a nice “salad”. No extra salt was added since the bacon can be a bit salty.
