Today I was back on track with the fat ratio. Over 3.
For dinner I made a nice cole slaw:
- 125g mayo
- 50g finely cut cabbage
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon tomato puré
Just mix everything together and season with a little black pepper.
To the slaw i fried 3 sausages.
