Deer in a pot

It has been some time since I used my croc pot and today I made a really nice Goulash stew.

  • 1200g of deer meat
  • 1 big onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chili (mind was frozen)
  • 3dl tomatoes (peeled and crushed)
  • 2 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 3dl beef stock
