I had a little chat with him and we had some language problems so I honestly do not know if he wanted to sell me the lamb or the actual “rotating” machine he used… I wanted neither and continued my walk.

After the walk I went for a drive to IKEA to get a “Billy” and when I got home I started my burger factory. I got 2kg of minced beef yesterday and today I made some burgers for the coming week.

What an odd sight at the park! Not to mention making a rotisserie whole lamb takes forever but is very yummy. I like your burger press, I wonder if IKEA here in US sells that, my burgers are always look like a giant meatball.

I am new to your website and absolutely love it, you are a great inspiration I am fairly new to the lchf path and seeing your results gives me the strength to keep going.

Thank you and welcome to LCHF!

The burger press was not from IKEA. I got if from some Swedish webshop.

I love that burger maker! Mine is not too good, so I end up just shaping with my hands.
