I woke up pretty early today and decided to take a long walk. Before I left I tried to drink a LCHF-Coffee. I used to like these but for some reason I did not manage to get it down today… So even thou I hate throwing away “food” I had to do it. The LCHF-Coffee is made of coffee, butter and coconut oil.
I made another cup of “clean” coffee and went out on an 8km walk.
A long day of gaming and I managed to drink 3 cans of Coke Zero. After 6 hours it was a draw…
When I got home I went to the store and did some shopping. I bought a lot of minced meat for next week. I will probably try to have burgers with butter all week to see if I can get the weight under control. It’s all over the scale now.
Tonight I mede almost the same as yesterday. The minced meed was exchanged with chicken and I added some feta cheese. Quite lot of feta cheese actually… 200g…
