The dinner I made today is not entirely shown in the picture. I realized it was going to be a bit messy on the plate so what I ate but does not show is a second pork chop and 100g of butter seasoned with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a hint of white pepper.
On tom of the pork chop I put a thick slice of a “strong” goat cheese I bought int the cheese store I wrote about the other day. The cheese had a crust of blue cheese and was one of the better goat cheeses I have ever tasted. I have to go back to the store (1 hour drive one way…) to get more pretty soon.
I also had 100g of cheese during the evening.
