Tonight I made some more keto-balls like the other day. I made them from 100g of butter and 75g of coconut flakes. A little cacao and a hint of rum flavor. I ate half today and saved the rest for tomorrow. These “sweets” drives the fat ratio up pretty good. Over 2,0 today!
The dinner today was pretty simple again. Just a couple of pork chops, mushrooms, broccoli and garlic butter.

Tomorrow I will probably work a full day to catch up on a lot of things I need to do. The last week has beed filled with trainings. I am trying to teach our managers how to get through the annual salary review process. A lot of meeting but not that much “productive” hours…
