During the afternoon me and by brother played some games…

I also had a glass of white wine to the crisps…

For starter we had snails in garlic butter.

And for main we got a deer stew with broccoli and cauliflower. I added som pure butter to get the fat up a bit.

Desert was cheese…

Awesome meals! I’d love to go to a family dinner and enjoy those types of food.

This is the recipe for the “rösti”. Also posted in another comment…

300g stalks from broccoli and cauliflower
      1 carot
      1 onion
      4 cm leek
      5 eggs
      2 dl cottage cheese
      2 dl grated cheese

Grate the vegetables. Half of it on a rough grater and half on a finer (to get a better texture). Mix in a bowl with eggs, cottage cheese and cheese.

Fry in a mix of butter and oil. If you are serving witch bacon you can first fry the bacon and use the grease to fry the “röstis”.
