Pork and garlic butter

Today I was lured away for lunch and I actually had a lot of carbs. It was a buffet but the dishes served was not that good. I took some taco meat and a fish that was crumbed with panko. So the carbs went really high today.

I have got some questions about my garlic butter so here is the recipe I most often use:

  • 100g butter
  • 1-2 cloves of pressed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • White pepper
  • t teaspoon of lemon juice

Just mix everything together and let rest in room temperature or fridge for a couple of hours for best result. I tend not to let the butter rest since I always do it ad-hoc just before dinner.

I had a couple of pork chops with the butter today…

As I said above, the carbs went quite high today…
