Huge amount of sausages

This weekend I bought a lot of sausages and today I tried them. Really nice. I ate two full packages (8 sausages) at total 340g.

Some “crap” in there, but quite OK anyway. Lots of fat and low on carbs.

To the sausages I made scrambled eggs from 4 eggs and 50g of butter. I also made some sicey butter (50g) as a “sauce”…

    Do you only eat one meal a day? I put the above meal into my food diary to see, and it’s 2000cals for one meal. How do you lose weight eating like that?

      Yes, I normally only eat one meal a day.

      How I lost weight eating like this? Well, thats the beauty of it. It just happens… Keeping the fat up and carbs down means the body burns fat quite fast. Especially if you start with a lot of it stuck on your body…

    Hi Tommy love your site. I’m not overweight even a little, I’m 5’10”, 163lbs, 47 years old. I just started excercising and changed my diet. Seems like high fat/low carbs is the way to go. If you only have 1 meal a day don’t you have a huge calorie deficiency?

      Well, I eat between 1500 and 2000 calories a day so I am probably on a negative net all the time but I still only eat once a day and I am almost ever ever hungry.

      Yes, the nutritions I show is normally only for one meal. The one shown in the picture. Sometimes I add some side or “snack” not shown but it’s always in the nutrition graph.

      I have checked my cholesterol once a year since I started and the numbers are perfect. Good relation between the ldl and hdl and the relation is getting better all the time.

    Hi Tommy did you start out with one meal per day or was it a gradual process..and do you ever have coffee, tea,fruit,or any yogurt..im trying hard to get my head around this..got Prof Tim Noakes book .”.Real meal revolution”-hope this will help as this is all new to me.

      It was a gradual process and “just happened”. Nothing I was aiming at. I never eat fruit nor yogurt. No much carbs… 🙂 I do drink a lot of coffee…

    How wonderful to be a perpetual optimist. But with M2 growing at more than 20% and the real economy as weak as it really is I doubt that you can keep ignoring the deiaicertpon of the fiat currency.
