Cabbage

Today I had a try at putting together a dish I have never done before. I was looking in the fridge before going to work and during my walk there I thought out a recipe…

I started by frying 150g (5,3 ounces) cabbage in butter. Then I fried the same amount of minced meat. I seasoned with taco spices and some extra cayenne. Everything was put in an oven safe form and was covered with a mix of feta cheese, grinded gouda cheese and Creme Fraiche.

After cooking in the oven on high temp for about 10 minutes it came out pretty nice:

For the next try I will make some changes. I think I will add some olives to the “cover”. It was a bit “blend”. Otherwise it was quite OK.
