Today was away “hobbying” and gaming a bit at the store. Two cokes and two large cup of coffee.
Before I went to the store I made my part to our christmas buffet. A nice chicken liver paté. 400g of liver, 3 dl of double cream, 1/4 chopped onion. Just fry the chicken and onion and season with pepper and a couple of drops of cognac, Mix everything in a food processor and keep cold. I ate some of the paté for brunch.
For dinner I made a nice soup of 350g of chicken, 250 ml of coconut cream and some onions. The soup was seasoned with red curry paste.
